Thank you for shopping with LUMIMIRROR LTD. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help.

1. Your Right to Cancel (Online & Distance Sales)
If you purchased online or by phone, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
You then have an additional 14 days to return the goods to us.

2. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns if:
The item is returned within 30 days of delivery
It is unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition
You provide proof of purchase
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
Custom or made-to-order items
Gift cards or vouchers
Clearance or final sale items (unless faulty)
Used light bulbs (unless faulty upon arrival)

4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving it.
We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, including any shipping costs you paid.
Please include photos of the damage and your order number when contacting us.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake.

6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
